COGS & landed cost
Every batch receipt can now carry costs: a unit cost plus landed cost lines for freight, duty, and other charges — priced per receipt, so top-ups on the same batch can cost differently. TraceLot derives weighted average cost, values on-hand stock as of any date, and splits outflow costs into sales, write-offs, and transfers so expired-stock cost is visible on its own line.

Reports now download with readable filenames (warehouse and period instead of internal IDs), include SKU columns and unit costs so figures reconcile, and print expiry dates in a human-readable format. Rows with negative quantities are flagged rather than silently clamped, and uncosted receipts show blank totals instead of misleading zeros.
Order processing reliability
Further hardening of the queue-driven order pipeline, including fixes for large multi-page order batches and for orders whose channel-side allocations change after TraceLot has allocated them.

TraceLot on the Shopify App Store
TraceLot is now a native Shopify app: install from the App Store with OAuth (no API keys), approve your subscription inside Shopify with billing on your Shopify invoice, and uninstall cleanly. The app implements Shopify’s privacy and compliance webhooks.
TraceLot for ShopifyBundle quantities and bulk reallocation
Corrected a case where bundle component quantities could be misreported after reallocation, and made “Reallocate All” push the refreshed allocation set back to the channel reliably.

Veeqo line-item note templates
Control exactly what TraceLot writes into Veeqo line-item notes with a template editor on the Veeqo channel card. Tokens include lot code, expiry date, supplier, remaining quantity, description, and custom batch fields — so packing slips carry precisely the batch details you want.
How it worksPer-order sync status and attention reasons
The Orders screen now shows a per-order sync indicator and a clear reason whenever an order needs attention, so unusual orders surface instead of sitting silently.

Veeqo allocation integrity
Batches split across multiple stock containers in Veeqo now survive concurrent updates: TraceLot pushes complete container snapshots so an update to one container can no longer drop its siblings.
Order pipeline observability
Failed order hydrations are now counted and surfaced per job instead of blending into totals, making stuck accounts visible to support before customers notice.

Protect your account with authenticator-app MFA. Your batch records are compliance evidence — MFA keeps the front door locked.
Why it mattersTeam accounts for staff without email
Admins can create username-based logins for pickers and packers who have no company email, and reset their passwords directly. Every action still traces to a person; email-less users cannot hold admin roles.

Redesigned authentication and invitations
Sign-in and user invitations were rebuilt end to end: invite teammates by email with a secure link that expires after seven days, with clearer role assignment on acceptance.
