TraceLot is now available for Shopify stores. Shopify tracks a quantity per variant — it does not know which batch that quantity came from, when it expires, or which customer received which lot. TraceLot adds that entire layer: batch and expiry tracking, first-expired-first-out allocation on every order, per-lot ledgers, and one-click recall exports — connected to your store in about ten minutes, with billing handled natively through Shopify.
What the integration does
- FEFO allocation on every order. The moment a Shopify order syncs, TraceLot assigns the earliest-expiring in-date batch to each line — how FEFO allocation works.
- Two-way inventory sync. Receive stock or mark a batch expired in TraceLot and your Shopify availability updates; orders flow the other way automatically.

Built as a real Shopify app
This is not a generic web app with a Shopify checkbox. Installation runs through the Shopify App Store flow with OAuth — no API keys to copy. Billing uses Shopify App Pricing, so your subscription appears on your Shopify invoice and you approve charges inside Shopify itself. Uninstalling revokes access cleanly, and the app implements Shopify’s privacy and compliance webhooks so store data is handled the way Shopify requires.

Nothing changes for you. Shopify billing applies to installs that come through the App Store; existing accounts keep their current plan and price.
