What a bundle is

A bundle is a virtual product made up of one or more component variants — a kit sold as a single SKU on your channel. Bundles don't hold their own inventory or batches: their available quantity and earliest expiry are derived from their component variants' batches.

The Bundles page

The Bundles page lists every bundle product for the selected warehouse, with columns for Bundle, SKU, Available, and Earliest Expiry (highlighted if it's coming up within 30 days). Click a bundle's row to expand it and see its components — each listed with its quantity per bundle, product/variant title, and SKU. Clicking a component navigates to that component's own product page.

Note

Bundles are synced from your sales channel, not created in Tracelot — the Bundles page is a read-only view of kit products and their components. Product bundles and kits appear here once synced.

How orders use bundles

When an order line item is for a bundle, Tracelot resolves it to its component variant(s) and allocates stock from their batches, the same FEFO allocation used for any other product — there's no separate batch or stock record for the bundle itself.
